It’s also perfect if you’d like to stay with friends or colleagues and each of you wants a separate studio in this apartment. Most of my guests are staying for 1 month or longer, but weekly stay is available as well, so this apartment is generally quiet and residential. This bright and modern studio house is located right in front of Hongdae railway Forest Park, with a 24-hour convenience store right next door and lively busking performances nearby. 4. Pricing * Parking is available for an additional 100,000 KRW per month. * Please let us know in advance if you need a parking space 5.
