These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Snug Lab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of Snug services (hereinafter "Service").
"Service" refers to the accommodation platform and related services provided by the Company. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms. "Member" refers to a person who has registered with the Service and has been assigned an ID. "Host" refers to a member who registers and provides accommodations to guests through the Service. "Guest" refers to a member who books and uses accommodations through the Service.
The Company provides the following services: Accommodation search and booking services, mediation services between hosts and guests, payment processing services, customer support services, and other services determined by the Company. The Company may change the content of the Service to improve its quality, and will notify users of such changes in advance.
Membership registration is completed when the user agrees to these Terms, fills in the required information according to the registration form set by the Company, and the Company approves the application. The Company may refuse registration or restrict membership if: false information is provided, another person's information is used, or the registration requirements set by the Company are not met.
Users shall not engage in the following activities: registration of false information, use of another person's information, interference with the Company's service operations, actions that damage the reputation of the Company or third parties, actions that violate laws or public order, and other actions that violate the usage rules set by the Company.
The Company only acts as an intermediary for transactions between hosts and guests, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of accommodations. The Company is not responsible for the inability to provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or service interruptions by telecommunications providers.
