Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)

The Company collects the following personal information to provide services: Required items - email address, password, name. Optional items - phone number, profile photo, passport number (for identity verification). Information automatically collected during service use - IP address, cookies, service usage records, visit history.

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes: Service provision and operation, member management and identity verification, reservation and payment processing, customer inquiry response, service improvement and new service development, marketing and advertising (with optional consent).

Article 3 (Retention Period)

The Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if preservation is required by relevant laws, it will be retained for the corresponding period: Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions - 5 years, Records on payment and supply of goods - 5 years, Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution - 3 years.

Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. However, exceptions are made in the following cases: when the user has given prior consent, when required by law, when necessary for service provision (e.g., providing guest information to hosts when booking accommodations).

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as after the retention period has passed or the processing purpose has been achieved. Information in electronic file format is securely deleted so that it cannot be recovered, and information recorded in paper documents is shredded or incinerated.

Article 6 (User Rights)

Users can view or modify their personal information at any time, and can request deletion of personal information by withdrawing their membership. Requests for viewing, correcting, deleting, or stopping the processing of personal information can be submitted through the customer center.

Article 7 (Privacy Officer)
